Do the probiotic yoghurt
by yourself!
1.Take 1 bag starter culture out of the refrigerator,
keep at room temperature for 15 minutes before
preparation.
2.Pour 1000ml pure milk into the clean sealed box
(or bowl etc.) Add the starter culture into the milk
and disturb evenly, close the box with its cover.
3.Keep the sealed box (or bowl etc.) at temperature
38-42 ΜC for fermentation 6-10 hours. Take the
fermented milk into the refrigerator for cooling
storage to stop the fermentation. Longer or shorter
fermentation time will not bring good taste.
Adjust the yoghurt taste with honey, fruit etc.
